These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777fx ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 777fx website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games and all associated features available at https://777fx.cam.

777fx is an online casino and sports betting information platform. The Platform provides guides, account-management support and betting-market information designed for players across Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. These Terms apply in full to all users regardless of their geographic location.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal user account registered on 777fx by an individual User.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds (where applicable and clearly segregated).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets or match-deposit bonuses credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity-verification process through which 777fx confirms a User's identity, age and payment-method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" — the 777fx website, its mobile-optimised interface, any associated applications, and all services, features and content provided therein.
• "Services" — sports betting markets, live betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot guides and any other gaming or informational features made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, region or territory where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, as updated by 777fx from time to time.

By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 777fx will endeavour to notify registered Users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read alongside, the 777fx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on 777fx, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate or group accounts are not permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded from 777fx or any associated platform, whether voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any Restricted Jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering to act as an agent for a third party.
• The funds you intend to deposit are legitimately obtained and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

777fx reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each User may register only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact email. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify 777fx promptly of any changes.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 777fx will require you to complete KYC verification. This process typically involves submitting one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Computerised National Identity Card / CNIC, passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the wallet or bank account registered in your name).

777fx will communicate clearly which documents are required and provide a secure upload facility. KYC is not intended to delay withdrawals unreasonably — it is a regulatory obligation designed to protect all users. Once KYC is approved, the verification status is retained unless there is a reason to re-verify.

All funds deposited into your 777fx Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. 777fx does not accept deposits from third parties. Attempting to deposit using a payment method that is not yours may result in the funds being returned and your Account being reviewed.

Payment context referenced on 777fx — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — reflects the familiar payment landscape for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute an endorsement, partnership or affiliation with any of those providers. The availability of specific payment methods at the time of use must always be confirmed directly with the operator.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your Account.
• KYC verification must be fully approved before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to the processing timeframes stated in the operator's withdrawal policy at the time of request.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 777fx reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time.

777fx is committed to presenting bonus and promotional offers in plain, accessible English. Every promotion offered to Pakistani users — whether a welcome bonus, reload offer, free bet, cashback or PSL special — will have its specific terms and conditions presented clearly at the point of the offer.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Users who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent them from meeting the minimum deposit threshold are not eligible for bonuses.
• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus a second time using a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Unfulfilled bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• 777fx reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled mid-validity, any winnings derived from wagers placed exclusively with bonus funds (not real-money funds) will be subject to review.
• The use of automated software, arbitrage strategies or any coordinated approach to systematically extract value from promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and Account closure.

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. Specific rules for cricket betting — including PSL T20 markets, ICC tournaments and domestic Pakistan fixtures — are available within the relevant market sections of the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has returned a "Bet Accepted" confirmation. A bet that has not been confirmed should be assumed unplaced.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. Connectivity issues on the User's side do not obligate 777fx to honour bets that were not received and confirmed by the Platform's servers.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds have been published at an obviously incorrect level due to a technical fault — 777fx reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are subject to Return to Player (RTP) percentages disclosed in the game information. Playing casino games involves the risk of losing your entire wagered amount.
• The Platform does not guarantee any winnings. Gambling is inherently uncertain and past outcomes have no bearing on future results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any reason, including circumventing self-exclusion or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be reversed.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with 777fx support.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another User's Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or its services.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software, data compilations and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of 777fx or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 777fx.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fx, its directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services.

777fx does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 777fx will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

In all cases, 777fx's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777fx is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can cause real financial and personal harm if not approached with discipline and awareness. The Platform provides Users with a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

Users can access these tools at any time from their Account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the excluded Account will not receive promotional communications and will not be able to deposit or wager.

777fx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.
• The User has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The User is located in or is a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, reputational or financial risk to the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777fx reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending a full investigation. Funds confirmed to be legitimately deposited real-money funds — and not proceeds of fraudulent activity — will be returned to the User via the original payment method wherever practicable.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned after final KYC checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable at the time of any dispute.

Users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local laws in their country of residence. 777fx does not represent that the Services are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users are specifically reminded that gambling legislation in Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. 777fx makes no representation as to the lawfulness of its Services in Pakistan and accepts no liability for a User's decision to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where it may be restricted.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are strongly encouraged to obtain independent legal advice regarding the applicable laws in their country of residence before using the Platform.

777fx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting User rights, withdrawal conditions or bonus eligibility — 777fx will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revision, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect.
